ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Computer knowledge.

COURSE OUTCOMES:

Thoroughly review and understand the basic concepts and principles of the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS)  and to be able to manage and to improve an organization employee records .

 

EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES:

  1. To enhance the ability of the Human Resource Management to leverage and absorb new and emerging opportunities and challenges in the business horizons.
  2. To ensure efficient collecting, storage and distribution of HR related information in a paperless work environment.
  3. To create an HR information hub for the whole organization, this facilitates effective people-to-people and people-to-information contracts.
  4. To maximize the accuracy, reliability and validity of workforce records, and eliminate the cost and wastages associated with the manual maintenance of HR records.
  5. To provide support for future planning and also for policy formulations, both at macro and micro level.
  6. To facilitate monitoring of human resources demand and supply imbalances and evaluation of the policy on development and utilization of human resources.

Chapter 1: Setup User
In this chapter, you will learn to  Create User, Give Permissions to User and Give Roles to User.

Chapter 2: Employee
In this chapter, you will learn how to create and see  information of Each Employees, Record of an organization items.

  • Employee Information
    In Employee Information, you can access the Employee Information List. And also you can Create New Employee.

 

  • Resource Booking
    In Resource Booking, you can access the list of the resources booked. This menu keeps the record of items that employees have borrow.

Chapter 3: Employee Report

  • Employee Status

Chapter 4: Employee Leave
In this chapter, you will learn how to Create / Apply for Leave, know an Employee Leave Balance, Employee Leave Approval and Employee Leave Report.
